Process

How the call for papers works

The process is straightforward and transparent.

Step 1 – Write your paper

Download the official template (English or Spanish) and draft your submission in accordance with the required format.

Poster (2 pages) or Paper (up to 10 pages). Include the title, authors/organisation/country, 4 keywords and an abstract (for papers only). Use Microsoft Word (.docx) and adhere to the specified font and styles.

Step 2 – Check the text

Before submitting, please check that your document meets all the requirements.

Language (English or Spanish), length, structure and typography. Please ensure that images and graphics are of sufficient quality to be legible (and allow zooming) and, if they contain text, please also attach the original files to facilitate translation.

Step 3 – Submit your work

Please prepare a single compressed folder (.zip or .rar).

It must contain all the required files (the laid-out document and any additional materials, if applicable) and must be submitted exclusively via the online form. Submissions made by other means or in different formats will not be accepted. Submission deadline: 31 May 2026.

Step 4 – Notification of acceptance

You will be notified of the outcome of your application by 1 July 2026.

8 specific points for meeting the proposal standards

In order to facilitate the work of the IGNITE International Technical Committee, as well as the subsequent publication of the selected papers, authors must adhere to the following guidelines:

Format and length
  • Poster: 2-page text and display at the conference venue.
  • Paper: 10-page text and oral presentation at the conference

  • Format: Inter 18pt, 11 points, including images, graphs and tables.
Language

Fully laid-out document

The author must submit the formatted document (which will include text, images, graphics, etc.)

The document may contain links to documents, videos, etc. published on the internet that serve as references for the paper submitted.

On the use of images

If the images contain names or concepts, please submit the original files to facilitate translation.

Images must be of a resolution that allows all text, captions and information they contain to be read directly or by zooming in.

Submission of documentation

All the required documentation must be submitted exclusively via the online form provided for this purpose.

A single compressed folder in .zip or .rar format containing all the requested files must be attached.

Documents submitted by alternative means or in formats other than those specified will not be accepted.

Presentation at the conference

The papers selected by the Technical Committee will be presented during the conference (a 20-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute discussion).

The selected posters will be displayed on touchscreens at the conference venue.

The papers will be included in the IGNITE compendium, which links to the compendium of all papers presented at Qualicer (1990–2024), available at http://www.qualicer.org/recopilatorio 

Review by a technical committee

An international committee will assess the entries for originality, relevance and methodological quality, and successful applicants will be notified during June 2026.

  • Paper: a 10-page paper and an oral presentation at the conference.
ISBN – ISSN

We would like to remind you that IGNITE publications will have an ISSN and an ISBN corresponding to each edition of the Congress.

Criteria for the selection of papers

Criteria

Submitted papers must be original works that have not been previously published or presented.

References to trade names should be kept to a minimum.

Where applicable, bibliographical references, newspaper clippings or other relevant material relating to the submitted paper must be included.

The authors grant the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Castellón the right to publish and reproduce the submitted works
