How to register
Attend the event in the way that suits you best by following these 3 steps
1 - Complete the Registration Form
Select the participation option that best suits your needs and complete the registration form with your details.
2 - Make the Payment
Complete the payment of your registration using any of the available payment methods. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must send proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat for validation.
3 - Connect with Other Participants
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive a QR code granting access to the Congress. You will also gain access to the event's networking platform, where you can browse participant profiles, connect with other attendees, and schedule meetings to make the most of the collaboration and business opportunities available during the Congress.

You will be eligible for this fee if you register and pay your registration fee before 15 August.
Yes, they are refundable, subject to a 25 per cent administrative fee, provided that written notice of cancellation is received before 10 September 2026. No refund will be made for any cancellation notified after this date. However, a replacement delegate may be accepted. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
