Founder and President of FullStack Modular

Roger Krulak is a recognized entrepreneur and expert in industrialized modular construction, serving as the Founder and President of FullStack Modular, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and construction of mid-rise and high-rise modular buildings.

He brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction, real estate development, and urban development sectors. Prior to founding FullStack Modular, he held senior leadership positions at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he led residential and mixed-use development projects while also driving the company's early research and development initiatives in modular construction.

Roger is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of high-rise modular construction in the United States. He played a key role in the development of 461 Dean Street in Brooklyn, New York, which was recognized as one of the tallest volumetric modular buildings in the world at the time of its construction.

Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his contributions to innovation in the construction industry, including receiving the Popular Mechanics Breakthrough Award for advancements in modular construction processes. He has also served as a speaker and guest lecturer at leading universities and internationally renowned institutions.

Roger Krulak graduated from Babson College with a degree focused on management and organizational psychology. His work is dedicated to promoting more efficient, sustainable, and scalable construction solutions to address today's housing and urban development challenges.
