About...

Fernando Nasarre Álvaro-Gracia is an architect who graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid in 2009 and also studied at Technische Universität Darmstadt. After consolidating his professional experience in Berlin at firms such as gmp Architekten, he joined Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos in 2013.

Between 2015 and 2022, he led the firm’s projects and competitions in China, including the Guangzhou Science Museum and the Railway Management Company, two complex large-scale projects in which ceramic façades played a fundamental role. He has also worked as co-project director on several major commissions by the office in Germany, including Bogenhausener Tor in Munich, Kaiserpfalz Quartier in Goslar, and the Eisschnelllaufhalle in Berlin, which is currently under construction.
