HE YING

He Ying is Vice Chairwoman and President of Guangdong Dongpeng Holdings Co., Ltd.,  one of China's leading listed companies in the ceramics industry. In her current role, she leads the company's development strategy, with a strong focus on innovation, lean operations, digital transformation, green growth, and environmental and cultural sustainability. 

Her career combines corporate leadership with active involvement in Chinese industry and business organisations. She is Vice President of the China Building Ceramic & Sanitaryware Association, an Executive Committee Member of the 15th Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), and a Deputy to the 5th People's Congress of Chancheng District, Foshan City. She also serves as Presidium Chair of the Youth Committee of the China National Federation of Industrial and Commercial Furniture & Decoration Chamber. 

Her leadership and contribution to the industry have earned her numerous distinctions. In 2025, she was named among Fortune China's “40 Under 40” Business Elites and recognised as a Forbes China Industry Development Leader, as well as receiving recognition for her contribution to the digital transformation of the ceramics industry.  

In 2024, she was named a 36Kr SHE POWER Annual Business Female Leader and an Emerging Entrepreneur in the Guangdong building materials industry. These distinctions add to a growing list of awards recognising her leadership, innovation and contribution to industry development.
