1. Submitted works must be original works that have not been published or previously submitted.
2. Authors will be positively evaluated if they highlight in their works the novel contribution they are making to the conference.
3. Works that specify a standard or work procedure to be incorporated into the quality management system of companies will be positively evaluated.
4. References to trade names should be minimized to what is essential.
5. Where applicable, bibliographical references, newspaper archives, or other references related to the work presented must be included.
6. Authors grant the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services, and Navigation of Castellón the right to publish and reproduce the works submitted, which will be distributed to attendees at the beginning of the conference.
7. The papers selected by the Technical Committee will be presented during the conference in the form of an oral presentation (20 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion) or poster.
8. The papers will be included in the new IGNITE compilation, linking to the compilation of all papers presented at Qualicer (1990 – 2024), available at http://www.qualicer.org/recopilatorio
