GUIDELINES
In order to facilitate the work of the IGNITE International Technical Committee, as well as the subsequent publication of the selected papers, authors must comply with the following guidelines:
STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER

Prepare your paper
Download the official template (English or Spanish) and prepare your paper following the required format: Poster (2 pages) or Oral Presentation (up to 10 pages). Include title, authors/organization/country, four keywords and an abstract (for papers only). Use Microsoft Word (.docx) and follow the indicated typography and styles.

Review the
text
Before submitting, make sure your document complies with all the guidelines: language (English or Spanish), length, structure, and typographic styles. Ensure that images and graphics have sufficient quality to be clearly readable (and allow zooming). If they contain text, also attach the original files to facilitate translation.

Submit your paper
Prepare a single compressed folder (.zip or .rar) containing all the requested files (the formatted document and any additional materials, if applicable) and submit it exclusively through the web form. Submissions sent through other means or in different formats will not be accepted. Submission deadline: May 31, 2026.
1. Format:
Indicate whether you wish to present your work in the following format:
- Poster: 2-page text and presentation at the conference venue.
- Paper: 10-page text and oral presentation at the conference.
2. Communication language:
Communications must be presented in English or Spanish, the official languages of the Congress.
3. Information:
The following information must be included:
- Title
- Name of author(s), organization, and country of origin
- 4 Keywords.
- Abstract (required for papers)
4. File format:
The document must be submitted in editable Microsoft Word format (.docx).
- Font: Inter 18pt.
- Title of the paper: Inter 18pt Black, 18 points, uppercase.
- Author: Inter 18pt Black, 11 points, lowercase.
- Company and Country: Inter 18pt Black, 10 points.
- Title of the paper: Inter 18pt Black, 18 points, uppercase.
- Text: Inter 18pt 11 (Line spacing: simple)
5. Typesetting
- The author must submit the formatted document (including text, images, graphics, etc.).
6. Template
- The template provided via the download button on this website must be used.
7. Images
- If the images contain names or concepts, the original files must also be submitted to facilitate translation.
- The images must have a resolution that allows direct reading or zooming in to read all the text, captions, and information they contain. The document may contain links to documents, videos, etc. published on the internet that are referenced in the communication presented.
8. Extension
- Papers: maximum 10 pages (Inter 18pt, 11 points), including images, graphics, and tables.
- Posters: 2 pages.
9. Documentation submission
- All required documentation must be submitted exclusively through the designated web form.
- A single compressed folder in .zip or .rar format containing all the requested files must be attached.
- Documents submitted through other means or in formats different from those specified will not be accepted.
10. Deadline for submitting papers:
- La fecha máxima para la recepción de comunicaciones será el 31 de mayo de 2026.
11. Presentation at the congress venue:
- Papers selected by the Technical Committee will be presented during the congress (20 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion).
- Selected posters will be displayed at the conference venue on touchscreen displays.
- The works will be included in the IGNITE compilation, which links to the compendium of all works presented at Qualicer (1990-2024), available at: http://www.qualicer.org/recopilatorio.
12. ISBN – ISSN
- We remind you that IGNITE publications will have an-ISSN: and an-ISBN corresponding to each edition of the Congress.
